October 6, 2022 MEETING
The club planned on presenting the proceeds from the October 1, 2022 car show to Service Dogs for Veterans. Unfortunately, due to the predicted path of hurricane Ian, the car show was postponed. Recognizing that our charity was expecting a club donation, an appeal went out to the membership for donations. Those donations and club funds raised since the last car show were pooled and the club proudly presented to Service Dogs for Veterans, represented by Bill Brightman and James Ault with his service dog Elsa, a check for $58,100. The picture shows a check amount of $57,900 but a late donation brought it up to $58,100.
September 1, 2022 MEETING

They spoke about the relationship the Ridge Runner Corvettes club has with SD4V and how it benefits them. They also shared some history and strategy direction with the club. James & Jim shared their story and told us how the dog has helped them in there day to day living.
