as a result of this event, other Ridge Runner Corvettes fundraising activities, and the generosity of the club members, a ceremonial check in the amount of $44,450 was presented to Service Dogs for Veterans
With this donation, Service Dogs for Veterans has received $232,553 through Ridge Runner Corvettes fundraising activities.

Since the club was founded in July of 2015, $250,582.73 has been donated to various charities.

In case you can’t read the sign in the windshield, here is what it says:
The car was manufactured in August 1972.
I purchased the car in March 1973.
I dated, got engaged and married the same girl over 50 years ago while owning this car.
Everything is original parts except for rear disc brakes, new gas tank and radiator, new electronic timing and added air conditioning.
The car has 107,000 miles and has never been wrecked.
Original paint color was brown and tan interior.
The car sat idle for 25+ years but was restored in 2023.

One half of of the proceeds went to Service Dogs for Veterans.
For that matter, 100% of proceeds from this event go to Service Dogs for Veterans.
We sold $1,310 worth of tickets so the winner received $655.
The winning ticket number was
1979538
The winning couple, who was clearly used to counting money,
graciously donated $500 of their winnings directly to
Service Dogs for Veterans.
